CERTIFICATIONS
Kreatif Aroma has received Halal Certification from JAKIM since 2018 in order to cater the Muslim mass audience.
We have a team of Internal Halal committee that takes care of the company’s Halal Assurance System (HAS). The committee ensures that every step taken from the raw materials, procurement, production process, packaging of manufactured goods, storage, to transportation and Human Resources, are in accordance with halal requirements.

At Kreatif Aroma, every single ingredient used are sourced from Halal Suppliers that are certified Halal by The Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) or other overseas Halal certification body that is recognised by JAKIM.
Whenever we introduce a new menu, or make changes to existing menu, we will ensure that each new ingredient used has a valid Halal certification.
Our products are manufactured as per the required safety and hygiene standards implemented by JAKIM.
Stringent quality assurance and quality control are also taken to ensure that the product is of high quality.
Kreatif Aroma’s central kitchen consist of at least two Muslim staffs at all times to comply with the Halal requirements. Our staffs are also required to get anti-Typhoid vaccination from a government recognised health centre before working, and are required to renew their injection every three years. They are also required to follow the proper dressing etiquette and hygiene practices to ensure that the Halal requirements are met.
Kreatif Aroma Sdn Bhd has received MS1514:2009 Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) certification from (certification body) in 2020.
GMP monitors various factors to ensure that all food prepared is of a high quality, hygienic and safe. The factors include design and facilities, control of operation, maintenance, cleaning and sanitisation, personal hygiene, transport and distribution, product information, training, internal inspection, training, management reviews and legal requirements.
Our Central Kitchen has been designed in such where food processing areas are kept separated from other chemicals to prevent cross contamination. Our surfaces and equipment are easily cleanable and are corrosion resistant. Only food grade plastic and stainless steel are used. There is adequate supply of potable water to ensure that good hygiene can be maintained.
Written SOP is available to ensure proper procedure and consistency of cleaning. Cleaned items are stored and handled in sanitary manner.
We ensure that our ingredients are stored at its optimum temperature, and we have a team that check the temperature every few hours to ensure that our ingredients are always stored at correct temperature.
Any contaminated or rejected ingredients will always be disposed properly, to prevent cross contamination.
Our raw materials and finished products are tested to ensure compliance with microbiological specifications, and are only released after it has passed inspections.
Kreatif Aroma Sdn Bhd have a system that ensures our raw materials and finished products has good traceability. This allows us to do call backs and take necessary preventative actions in the event if issues are found with a specific batch.
Our facility has an effective pest control programme that includes having ties with a reputable, and license pest control company. We hire them once a month to ensure our facility is pest-free at all times. Our facility is properly barricaded to prevent access to pests from entering our facility
Personnel who are sick are not allowed to work in contact with food. Typhoid injection is made compulsory for everyone who works in areas in contact with food and personnel are ensured to get another booster shot every three years.
Employees are made sure to wear clean and proper outer garments, wear a hair net, and have short and clean fingernails, and wear gloves when handling food. The use of jewellery is also not permitted. They are checked by our team before being allowed to enter the facility for work every day. Employees are also required to be trained to learn the requirements of GMP and to follow the requirements at all time.
